No, we don't need a second opinion. We will ask you a series of questions about your medical condition and review your medical records. If additional tests are needed to confirm your diagnosis, your doctor will let you know about them

In most countries, the patient has free access to medical records. You can request copies of your diagnostic images from your hospital or your doctor. You will most likely be asked to fill out a request form at the hospital or sent a written request. Please contact your hospital/physician to learn about the request process. After receiving your request, your doctor/hospital will give you copies of your medical records within a certain amount of time

Yes, you can either book a consultation for yourself, as a patient, or book it on behalf of any of your friends or relatives

The cost of the consultation is $980
You will also be able to write an email to the doctor you consulted with if you need clarification of treatment after the consultation, or if you have a question that was not voiced during the consultation. This amount may vary depending on the patient and the complexity of their case. The cost of the consultation may be covered by insurance. Check with your insurance company to see if insurance coverage is available for this situation. The amount you pay includes the cost of the Oncozoom staff's work

Our staff will contact you within 24-48 hours (more often sooner) to see if you have all your medical documents in hand.
It is possible to reduce waiting times if all required medical reports are translated into English.
As soon as the documents are uploaded to the site, they will be redirected to the specialist dealing with your problem, the doctor will schedule the day and time of the consultation

After some procedures are completed (filling out the patient questionnaire, uploading their medical documents to the site), and after the date and time are agreed upon - you pay for the consultation.
You receive an email alert with a link to ZOOM.
On the appointed day and time, you plug into the ZOOM and begin your consultation with your doctor.
At the end of the consultation, you close the ZOOM window and within 24 hours you will receive the conclusion by e-mail and in your personal account on the website.

If the date and time have been agreed upon in advance, the consultation has been paid for, and you are unable to keep the appointment for some reason and want to reschedule, you will be charged a 15% penalty. If you cancel the consultation within 24 hours, the refund is 50% of the cost of the consultation. If you cancel in less than 24 hours, the money is not refunded.
